Terms and conditions
Bright Whites website is owned by Bright Whites. Our registered office is: 15 Greendale Mews, St Pauls Ave, Slough, Berkshire, SL2 5YA. Registered number: 6833526.

Your use of this Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions by using
any part of this Website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy
Please review our privacy policy which explains our use of information provided
and forms a part of these Terms and Conditions which govern your visit to this Site.

Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under
English law you must:

(a) register on the Site
(b) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

Prices
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery
charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery
section of the Site.

Product Descriptions
We have taken great care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time of entering onto the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect
the product exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance
policy.

Purchase Related Policies
The products and services and any samples thereof available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services and any samples thereof you purchase or otherwise
receive from us.

Delivery
Delivery is now free for all UK and Northern Ireland Adresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is charged at £9.00 per order.

For security reasons all deliveries must be signed for on receipt. If you are not at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative address where
someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
Once we have received your order we will send you an email confirming the details of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of goods.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or if we have identified a product or pricing error.

Payment
Payment is taken from your credit/debit card upon Bright Whites receiving your order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Title to Goods
Title to any products you order on this Website shall pass to you upon delivery provided that we have received
full payment for those products.

Acceptance of Goods
We advise you to inspect the goods upon receipt and check that every item identified on the delivery note has
been received. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or
you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy and Procedure. If you fail to take such action, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, product and service names used on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Bright Whites or

our third party suppliers and are protected by UK and International trade mark laws. Apart from copying portions of this website relating to the placing of an order for goods from us you may not
use any of the material displayed on this website.

Registration Details
You confirm that the personal details which you are required to provide when you register as a customer are
true, accurate and up-to-date. If your personal details change, please advise us by emailing: sales@brightwhites.co.uk

Any links provided on this website are purely there for you convenience and may lead to third party sites that
are not under our control. If you utilise any of these links you will leave this website. We are therefore unable to accept any responsibility or liability for any actions, content, products and/or services (Including any other sites linked to or from the site) that may be provided, advertised or sold on any such third party sites.

Limitation of Liability
Bright Whites make no representations or warranties in connection with these terms and conditions or the
website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such representations and warranties are not legally excludable. To the fullest extent permissible Bright Whites will not be liable (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for interruption of  business; loss or damages of any sort as a result of dealings with or the presence of  off-site links on the site; access delays or access interruptions to the site; computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions which may occur in connection with your use of this site; any inaccuracies or omissions or misleading, false or deceptive statements in the content or any events beyond Bright Whites reasonable control. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind related to your use of the website and in no event shall our
maximum aggregate liability exceed the total price paid by you in relation to which the liability arose.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Bright Whites its directors, employees or agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs arising from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of the Site.

Law
Your use of this Website and any contracts entered into as a result of using this website shall be governed by
English law and the parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales. All contracts shall be concluded in English. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the
remaining provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without giving you prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions and we would advise you to do so on each occasion you visit this site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Other
Any failure or delay by either Bright Whites or yourself to bring legal proceedings in relation to this website, the Terms and/or any of our products or services, shall not be regarded as a waiver of any rights. Any waiver in respect of one act or omission shall not operate as a waiver in respect of future acts or omissions. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership or joint venture of any kind between Bright Whites and you. Time shall not be of the essence of these Terms and Conditions as regards any of the times, dates and/or periods mentioned herein.

Returns Policy
Bright Whites hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 working days
after receipt of  products that you intend to make a return.

The Returns Process
Step 1.
Please send an email to sales@brightwhites.co.uk you need to advise us of the goods you are returning your customer order number and if you are looking for a
refund, exchange or replacement (giving details as appropriate).

Step 2.

On notification of your intention to return, Sales Services will email you with a returns authorisation number. You should keep this as you will need to quote the number in any following communications with customer 
services.

Step 3.
Please ensure that the returned parcel is securely sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original despatch note and a copy of your e-mail
confirmation. We advise you to return the parcel by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage), in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Step 4.
If you have chosen a refund, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, however this process can take up to a maximum of thirty (30) days from receiving your returned goods. We will only give a refund, exchange or replacement if the goods are in their original condition and received by us within 14 working
days from delivery.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by  the original payment method

Please note delivery charges are only refunded where products are found to be faulty/damaged.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
